Jessica Alba gave InStyle a sneak-peak into her newly renovated, kid-friendly, eco-friendly home.

If you can recall, about a year ago Jessica Alba and Cash Warren spent quite some time looking for a new pad and the one that they finally found needed some serious work so Jessica took the “white canvas” and designed the home of her dreams.

“It’s kid-friendly, animal-friendly,” Jessica said. “You can jump on the sofas, walk around barefoot, there’s nothing off-limits here.”

“The energy here is so inviting – it is open and playful, and everywhere you look, inside and out, you get to see a part of nature.”

On Cash’s contribution to the clean home Jessica said “he’s pretty organized for a dude.”

On the environmental friendlyness of the home, Jessica explained that the paint picked for the home are nontoxic all furniture is made of recycled furniture.

Good Luck Jessica!

The “Good Luck Chuck” beauty is expecting her first child with on-again off-again boyfriend Cash Warren sometime in late spring or early summer.

Alba, 26, began dating Warren, 28, in 2004 after they met on the set of “The Fantastic Four,” on which Warren, a Yale graduate, was a director’s assistant.

Alba and Warren split earlier this year and as recently as last month Alba was quoted lamenting the dating scene.

“I think it’s probably the same [for me] as it is for anyone else. All my girlfriends who aren’t actresses have the same problems finding a dude as anyone in Hollywood. Guys are a headache, but girls are headaches too. We’re all nuts!” the actress said.

Recently the pair have been spotted in their usual front row seats at the Lakers and shopping around Beverly Hills, apparently reconciled.

Before the pregnancy announcement, first reported on people.com, Alba said she was in talks to make her Broadway debut this summer in a revival of playwright David Mamet’s “Speed-the-Plow.”

LONDON: Actress Jessica Alba says she is careful when she goes scuba diving because she does not like attracting dolphins. Alba says her presence excited “horny” cetacean mammals when she was a youngster shooting for the dolphin drama Flipper , contactmusic.com reported.
She says: “I don’t know if anybody knows this but dolphins get excited, even when you are a human being. I didn’t know this until I was being poked by a few of them, which was very rude. I think I learned my lesson. I sort of request female dolphins after that because those are horny little bastards.”
She adds: “Needless to say my closest friends and family did dolphin squeaking noises for the next five years any time they referred to me or called me or talked to me, which was pretty annoying.”
